EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. I Mr./Ms. [Applicant Name] am Self / Son / Daughter / Widow / Parent of Ex-Serviceman / Serving Serviceman / Heir of Ex-Serviceman / Lineal Descendant of Servicemen (Service No. [Service No.], Rank [Rank], Name [Name]) (proof of above enclosed). For all practical purposes my address mentioned above will be operative unless changed by written communication sent to you by RPAD.

2. I am given to understand that you are holders of property at S.No 2(P), 4(P), 5(P), Undri, Pune 411060 wherein you propose to develop in phases a Township Complex having buildings of flats and other premises, internal roads and other amenities and conveniences and plans in respect of Phase One Wing D and Wing E have been approved vide RERA NUMBER (PR1261012601027). A tentative scheme of development of the said property along with the tentative list of amenities and facilities to be provided in the Complex in general, and individual premises in particular, has been heretofore furnished by you to me.

3. Through M/s. KJ Estates, we have been introduced to the above project and purportedly a sizeable group of persons qualified as Armed Forces Fraternity and their Families (Ex or serving or heir/lineal descendant as above) are interested in having an allocated phase or phases for allotment to such qualified persons so that such like-minded persons can be together in a Community Living.

4. I am desirous of acquiring residential accommodation in D Wing [Unit] on [Floor] Floor in The Titan Towers. I have noted that the all-inclusive price offered by you, subject to Government regulations, shall be available only up to 31 Dec 2026 and thereafter liable to be changed at your discretion.

5. At my request you have agreed to note my above preference to be finalised on confirmation of offer. It is clarified that everything herein including earmarking of premises is on tentative basis only and not otherwise. I have this day paid to you a bona fide deposit of Rs. [Deposit] vide Demand Draft / NEFT / Cheque [Reference] of [Bank] drawn in your favour. I agree to deposit the cheque immediately.

6. I understand that the tentative allotment will be got confirmed into a concluded Agreement only upon: (a) execution of the Ownership Allotment Agreement as per the format prepared by your Advocates; (b) payment of 30% of the total price computed based on the area of the premises emerging from sanctioned plans; and (c) from the date of this EOI, in a period of 30 days the booking needs to be confirmed, otherwise the EOI deposit gets refunded post 30 days.

7. I fully understand and accept that payment of EOI deposit by me will only put me on the list of prospective purchasers who express their interest in acquiring dwelling units in “The Titan Towers” and THIS IS NOT AN ALLOTMENT. This writing is merely an expression of interest and shall in no circumstances be construed as an Allotment; such concluded allotment shall come into being only on execution of the formal Allotment Agreement and allied matters in terms of Para 6 hereinabove and not otherwise.
